Xede's Software Development Center of Excellence provides expertise in software construction, testing, and quality assurance to Xede’s internal and external customers. This incredible group of software geeks (and we say that lovingly), has its own clients as well as those within Xede.
For clients they see directly, they execute the design generated from the elaboration, architecture, and modeling streams using the most appropriate tools and technologies. Within Xede, their idea of a good time is ensuring the quality of our software artifacts by sharing best practices, following consistent processes, employing automated tools, and performing code reviews. Like every other group within Xede, they also focus on the career advancement of Xede people. In fact, they make sure our developers remain current with the latest advancements in the development community.
The work of the Software Development Center of Excellence is driven by five guiding principles:

Specific initiatives on which this group is currently focused on include integrated unit testing, static code analysis tools and techniques, and code generation.
